- I start by mixing d egg white, icing sugar and flavor to have a nice, smooth,running paste,I take some portions of the paste in two separate bowls and add some drops of pink and blue food colours,keep aside and whip my who cream wt ice cold water out in a pipping bag with nozzle and keep aside also.
- I use a round cutter to cut my cake loaves into cirles
- I pipe the whipping cream first on 4 of d cupcakes,then place my round cake,pipe whipping cream again on the round cake, dazzles the colour egg white drips and then sprinkles the sugar sprinkles.
- And for the homemade chocolate cage,I use homemade chocolate syrup (cocoa powder + sugar+butter+flavor) pipe on d patchment paper allow to dry(one funny thing about this my homemade chocolate cage end of drying after two day of making it😀)
