Add chicken stock, rosemary, thyme and sage, and gently stir until combined. Continue cooking until the soup reaches a simmer. Reduce heat to medium-low, and stir in the egg noodles and chicken. Add carrot, celery, onion, rice, thyme, sage and pepper.

  1. Add oil in a soup pot. Saute onion, garlic, ginger, cinnamon, start anise, clove, fennel seeds, cumin seeds. Cook until the mixture turn aromatic.
  2. Add in chicken pieces. Stir well. Cover with lid and cook for 15 minutes under med flame. Keep stirring ocassionally.
  3. Add black pepper powder, garam masala, cumin powder & coriander powder. Stir well and cook for 5 minutes.
  4. Add water. Stir well. Let it cook under high flame for 5 to 10 minutes. Add in potato. Stir. Add salt.
  5. Once the potato cooked 3/4, add in sliced carrots. Stir and let the soup cook under low flame until the sliced carrot cooked. (approximately 10 minutes). Add salt if needed.

Reduce heat to medium-low, and stir in the egg noodles and chicken. Add carrot, celery, onion, rice, thyme, sage and pepper. Add broth; cover and bring to a boil over high heat. In a large skillet over medium heat, cook onions in oil until translucent. Stir in celery, carrots, rosemary, tarragon, thyme and parsley and cook, covered, until vegetables are halfway cooked.
