  1. Preheat oven to 350°F. spray 9x13 baking pan with nonstick spray or line with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, combine all dry ingredients, eggs,vanilla & milk. Just until combined. Once mixed, slowly add in melted butter, mix until combined. Spread cake batter in baking pan.
  3. In a medium bowl, mix all of your ingredients for the filling together until smooth: brown sugar, butter, cinnamon and flour. Drop cinnamon filling a tablespoon at a time onto cake batter
  4. Then you're going to take a butter knife and swirl the cinnamon filling into the cake.. Like a marble design.
  5. Bake your cake for 35-40 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean. While cake is baking, prepare the glaze. Mix you powdered sugar, milk and vanilla together til smooth.
  6. Allow cake to cool for 15 minutes. Then pour glaze over slightly warm cake and serve.
