The ingredients needed to make Chicken Pasta Salad:
  1. Prepare 1 chicken thigh
  2. Get 1 yellow capsicum
  3. Make ready 1 Japanese cucumber
  4. Get Handful cherry tomatoes
  5. Make ready Feta cheese (to preference)
  6. Take Extra virgin olive oil
  7. Get Balsamic vinegar
  8. Take Salt
  9. Make ready Pepper

Drain in a colander, rinse with cold water and shake until very dry. Drain and transfer to large bowl. Season chicken breasts with garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Drain and rinse under cold water.

Instructions to make Chicken Pasta Salad:
  1. Boil pasta until preferred hardness/softness
  2. Cut chicken thigh into cubes and pan fry separately. Marinate with just salt and pepper.
  3. Cut vegetables into cubes/slices to preference and put them all in a mixing dish.
  4. Drain and rinse pasta to room temperature, then add to mixing bowl with vegetables.
  5. Add olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt and pepper and mix thoroughly.
  6. Make pretty with feta cheese cubes.
  7. Portion into lunch boxes and chill overnight.
  8. Pack chicken separately if still warm, and chill overnight.
  9. In the morning, pack chicken together with the pasta and 'serve'.
  10. Have a good lunch!!!
