Pour pasta into a bowl, add tomatoes, broccoli, bell pepper, olives, cucumber, carrots, red onion and parmesan. Pour dressing over and toss to evenly coat. Add a little more dressing if needed. In a large bowl combine pasta, tomatoes, Roasted Vegetables, arugula, and beans.

  1. Bring water to a boil and add Wacky noodles.
  2. While that's boiling Chop up all ingredients to your preference.
  3. Add broccoli to boiling noodles for two minutes when noodles are almost tender. Strain noodles and broccoli. Let cool.
  4. Add all ingredient and stir until well mixed. Chill completely in refrigerator and enjoy!

Add a little more dressing if needed. In a large bowl combine pasta, tomatoes, Roasted Vegetables, arugula, and beans. In a small bowl whisk together vinegar, olive oil, garlic, pepper, and salt.
