- Make truffle 500ml cream +250 dark chocolate+ 50g butter.
- Then apply on layers of sponge.
- Then do coating with the help of truffle and freeze it for 15 mins.
- Then melt the truffle and cool it for room temperature then add few drops of water into it for shine.
- Put over it on cake and freeze it for 15 mins then make flower with help of fondant and put over it.
