- Now mix all the wet ingredients nicely and then slowly mix the dry ingredients into them.
- Mix gently and whisk all the ingredients and bake the cake in preheated oven at 180°c for 30-35 min.
- Once the cake baked,put them in rack to cool them.
- Now we make the choc gancahe and mouse for icing.
- Chopped the choc in a bowl. Warm the heavy cream and pour onto the chopped choc.
- Mix them and put it in fridge to make it set.
- Put the little ganche on a side and rest whisk the ganche and make it mousse.
- Now put the cake on cake table. Slice them into three peices and put the mousse on each slice.
- Put the layers of cake and icing nicely and gently. Cover the cake by icing.
- Lastly take the ganache which you keep aside,mix the milk and slowly and gently put them on side.
- In the last decor the cake acc to your choice and enjoy 😊
