I had a request put in a couple of weeks ago, to please make this Amarula Chocolate Caramel Cake as a birthday cake. Add the Amarula As the cake comes out, prick the cake with a fork over the entire cake. Pour the warm syrup over the cake while the cake is still warm. Put the vegetable oil, vinegar, milk and vanilla in a large bowl and mix together.

Instructions to make Amarula Chocolate Cake:
  1. Preheat oven to 180°F
  2. Mix cocoa with boiling water and let cool.
  3. Beat eggs, sugar and oil. Add the cool cocoa mixture and mix throughly.
  4. Add tje rest of the dry ingredients and mix well.
  5. Pour into a greased 22cm x 30cm cake tin and back for +- 20min.

  11. Whip the cream then add the res of the caramel to the cream and mix again.
  12. Add the ceam over the caramel layer and alow the creMe to run down the sides.
  13. Place in fridge. Serve cold.
