Arrange chicken on top of the peppers and onions and place the skillet in the pre-heat over. CUT the bell peppers in half and remove ribs and seeds. ARRANGE bell peppers in a baking dish and spray or brush lightly with olive oil. Heat the olive oil in large sauté pan over medium heat.
